We provide support for the developer platform through a number of channels, depending upon the nature of your issue or question.

Questions? If you have a question about an API, Tool, or code you are working on.

Defect report? If you have identified a candidate defect or a Brightspace configuration issue preventing you from using the developer platform.

Improvement request? If you have an idea for a product feature you would like to see included in our developer platform in the future.
